DARTMOUTH’S SECRET WAR

This is the story of the 15th Flotilla Gunboats, which operated from Dartmouth on clandestine missions to the French-occupied coast.

These missions were top secret and highly dangerous, landing stores, agents and weapons to the French Resistance and picking up returning agents and downed airman.

This film tells the story of these heroic men and includes a re-enactment sequence using a restored WWII Motor Gun Boat.

(See if you can see Guy Hamilton, who later was to become a famous film Director)
